More Preserving

We also have a HUGE Italian prune tree in our yard that was dropping prunes like crazy.
We (By "we" I really mean Sebastian) picked as many as possible and I made 2 HUGE batches of plum butter.

wow applesauce and prune butter, that is so cool. I have to make homemade applesauce here, but I have to buy the apples unfortunately....

Have you ever dried them? I have a friend that does that and says they're wonderful!

The dried ones disappeared before we even stopped the dehydrater....
