What They Don't Tell You

When you birth a child, "they" tell you lots of things.
They tell you about putting your baby on a schedule.
They tell you that you should let your child eat and sleep on demand.
They say you should co-sleep.
They say NEVER co-sleep.
They tell you that breast feeding is the only way to go.
They say that you may not be able to breast feed for any number of reasons.
They tell you about sibling rivalry.
They tell you about hormones.

BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHEN I FIRST HELD THOSE TINY PINK BUNDLES THAT I WOULD BE PULLING CHEWBACCA OUT OF THE BATHROOM DRAINS FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS.

It should be on a list somewhere.

Anyway, just a thought said...

Yes, I love it!!!

And don't you also love that "they" wait until you are pregnant before they tell you the truth about any of it!

I'm sorry, but what is CHEWBACCA?

It just means that I pulled hairballs out of my drains as big as that hairy guy from Star Wars....

Yucko, indeed. I have four girls and a long-haired husband so I know exactly what you mean! Good thing all those gross jobs are totally HIS department! :)

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA But I have to say, that I've been growing my hair out and I swear I'm losing gobs on it in the drain now that it's longer:)

Bwahaha! Yeppers...my daughters long, long, long hair could clog up anything. Add that to MY hair and we have to declog our drain about, oh, every month or so with some serious declogger. Ick!
